I like the way the current page looks. Why are you changing it again?
We're always trying to enhance your Internet experience. We feel you'll enjoy and get a lot more out of the World Wide Web if you can see exactly the kind of information you want to, when you want to. Additionally, we have addressed the need for simplified navigation, streamlined design and improved loading time. By incorporating powerful new community and shopping features with Snap's most popular features (and its newly enhanced Web directory and search functions) you will now have a more efficient and exciting Internet experience .

I have the Home page set as my default start page. Do I need to reset this as a result of this change?
A. No, you don't need to do a thing.

What happens to all the content I previously personalized on the old Home page? Am I going to have to re-enter all my stocks all over again, for instance?
Don't worry. It's still there. All the content you personalized will re-appear in the corresponding categories (for example, Weather, Horoscope, Portfolio, Sports Scoreboard) in all the tab views.

Will I still be able to easily get to all the customer service and account information that I can today?
Yes. On the top of each tab view (Home, Local, My Snap, Directory and Shopping) you will find the same Get Help, Customer Service and Enter the Nevada Bell Internet Site links that you see today.
