SBC Reaction to FCC Vote Approving SBC-Ameritech Merger:

We are very pleased by today's announcement that the Federal Communications Commission has voted to approve the SBC-Ameritech merger. This is a great win for consumers everywhere, who will soon enjoy more competition and new products and services.
