Dynamic Troubleshooting: Step 1
Error Messages
Are you seeing an error message or messages? What message(s) do you see? Some error messages originate within the Operating System or another article of software, rather than with your DSL Internet service. If you see an error message, please take a moment to consider whether or not you have ever seen this message before. Is it a system error? A program error? Does this error occur every time you run a certain set of programs? If this is a common error, you may need to look at other software packages to determine the true cause of the error. If it is a DSL Internet error of some sort, please call the DSL Internet support group for your area for further assistance. If you are not seeing any error messages, please proceed to Step 2.
